Update on the W.T. Div. II Wrestling Program:

We presented the A.D. with nearly $50,000 in pledges and equipment to go toward a wrestling program when implemented. Michael McBroom was quite impressed.

This is where we stand at the present time:

They want to add wrestling to the W.T. athletic program. Of course Finances are always an issue. They are working on a multimillion dollar proposal to expand their athletic facilities. A wrestling room, and lockers facilities for both men and women would be included in this expansion.

They hope to start this project next year. Obviously there is a National financial crisis going on right now and financing could be delayed. We are a few years away but we are certainly still in the mix of getting this done.

Keep the faith! It may take longer than we planned, but we are NOT giving it up! We will keep everyone informed as developments continue to move forward.
